Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45-5:15 PM and 5:15-6:30 PM

Every match will start standing.
Learn offensive techniques to get you opponents off-balance and bring them to the ground while maintaining control.
Grappling Techniques
Whether you took your opponent down, or they got you to the ground, all matches will go to the mat.
Develop your ground game to assert your dominance.

Dominant Pin Positions
A match can last up to 9 minutes or be finished quickly by putting your opponent on their back and pinning them. We prefer to teach efficiency.
Learn to subdue an opponent with a pin so you can get ready for your next match.
Grit and Sportsmanship
Wrestling is a combat sport.
Both warriors give everything they can on the mat. However, at the end of the match we shake hands and part ways. No hard feelings. Win or lose, the only desire leaving the mat is to improve.
